Case Studies

We cannot provide extensive case studies for much of the wide range of cases we handle for reasons of sensitivity and confidentiality. Examples of current and recent cases include: -

•Advice to a potential litigant on the merits, or otherwise, of an action for negligence relating to previous tax advice.

•Bringing focus and identifying the issues in the case of enquiries into a number of related property companies driven by HMRC Special Investigation (Fraud & Avoidance).

We handle a wide range of tax disputes. Some of these involving HMRC specialists at Special Investigation (Fraud & Avoidance) are sensitive and it is inappropriate to provide details in a case study. If you talk to us about a problem you will probably find we have hands on experience that is relevant, and can assist. If that is not the case for any reason, we will always say so.
