Paul brings a wealth of experience from his previous career as a Senior Inspector within HMRC where for many years he actively worked and managed enquiries covering individuals, companies, partnerships as well as issues surrounding the construction industry scheme and employment status. In addition to his usual duties as an Inspector of taxes he was also a recognised compliance trainer and deliverer of interview skills training, he also recruited new Inspectors for the department.

He now leads a number of cases from HMRC specialist Investigations involving code of practice 8 and 9, including the criminal investigation unit of HMRC.

RYAN SAMPLE

Ryan has successfully assisted clients with a variety of HMRC disputes and investigations. Ryan has experience of HMRC investigations from local enquiries to more serious Special Investigations (Fraud and avoidance) Code of Practice 9 enquiries. He has assisted clients in disclosing their undisclosed income and offers advice on a range of dispute resolution solutions.

He is an associate of the association of taxation technicians.
